Kathryn McMurtrie

Kat has been an integral part of Ray White Semaphore since early 2025,  bringing extensive knowledge in customer service, personal relations and attention to detail which provide a strong basis for success in real estate. Kat prides herself in effective communication with tenants and owners with problem solving and enhanced efficiency which are beneficial in maintaining properties.

Kat's career has spanned over 20 years within various roles, mainly in the hospitality sector but started her career in the early days as a Chiropractic Assistant/Practice Manager in which she spent 6 years within this role. Kat has also worked for Workcover as a Case Manager in rehabilitation which consisted of managing a portfolio of clients which encompassed having great interpersonal skills and time management. Kat returned back to hospitality as Duty Manager for 8 years which within this time allowed her to have 3 beautiful kids. From having these skills sets and the demands as a mother, Kat wanted to focus on building something that worked around her young family and started her own cleaning business. She built a successful cleaning platform within the western suburbs which  formed great relationships, particulary her regular client base, who saw potential for her to work for them. 

Kat brings a positive approach to her work, she is dililgent, hard working and can be relied upon to get the job done. An asset to our team and our clients alike.
